One loss and one win this past weekend puts the Atom LL MCR Advanced Collision team tied for second place in the playoffs. It was a tough game on Saturday afternoon losing to Blyth-Brussels 4-0. The Meteors had many chances to score but could not get the puck passed the goalie. Kyle Mills had a few great defensive plays while Kaeden Meinen skated hard on forward with a couple of shots on net.

In exhibition play, the Mitchell Meteors Atom LL MCR Advanced Collision team played the St. Mary's Jets on Saturday, February 28. It was a quiet first period but not without many chances to score for both teams.

A win
for the Atom LL MCR Advanced collision team against the Lucknow Sepoys on Sunday, February 22 has them currently tied for first place in the playoffs. The game started out with a penalty for Mitchell yet the team held strong and was able to successfully play shorthanded. A few seconds later, Jason Mills scored an unassisted goal, making it 1-0. Austin Weir made it 2-0 with an amazing sideways shot from the red goal line.
