Refund Policy 2022/2023*

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Minor Hockey Executive for approval.

Approved refund amounts for the entire registration cost will be based on the following table:

• Written request before May 1 --- full refund
• Written request May 1 to September 30 --- the lessor of 75% refund or $200
• Written request October 1 to 31 --- 50% refund
• Written request after November 1 --- no refund

*An additional $25 will be deducted for each ice time a player is scheduled to attend. Including but not limited to Skills and Scrimmages, and team tryouts.

Special exceptions and circumstances must be approved by the Executive Committee.
