Refund Policy 2021/2022*

All refund requests must be made in writing to the Minor Hockey Executive for approval.

Approved refund amounts for the entire registration cost will be based on the following table:

• Written request before Sept 10 2021 --- full refund
• Written request Sept 10 to 24 --- full refund minus insurance costs*
• Sept 25 2021 ---NO REFUND

*Modified for the 21/22 season regarding Covid and changes to registration dates.
*An additional $25 will be deducted for each ice time a player is scheduled to attend. Including but not limited to Skills and Scrimmages, and team tryouts.

Special exceptions and circumstances must be approved by the Executive Committee.
