The Mitchell Meteors took a road trip to Stirling this weekend to continue the OMHA Finals.  This meant a fun and action packed Saturday/Sunday was in store for them.

The OHMA Final series began tonight in front a great home crowd, between our Mitchell Meteors and the Stirling Blues.  With the two teams never meeting during this season, it was uncertain as to what the results may be when they met.

In true 2012 Atom style, the Mitchell Meteors maximized their game tally by stretching a 5 game series into 6 when both teams accumulated 5 points in 5 games.  Losing a tough one yesterday in Mitchell meant that they were forced to travel back down to Lambeth looking for that winning goal which would send them home victorious.

After a great game Sunday in Lambeth, the Mitchell boys had the opportunity to finish up this series at home in front a great crowd.  However, the Lancers were not ready to just hand things over...

With the series all tied up at 3 in a race to 6, Mitchell had a date in Lambeth to build on their successful efforts they had brought to the rink yesterday.
