Atom AE, U11 Boys, 2017-2018 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

The Thompson AES played a great series against the Listowel Cyclones mid-January being able to go with a successful 3 games Straight of wins to conclude the first round of the OMHA series. Game 2 was played in Monkton for home ice advantage on Sunday January 20th. The team showed a similar performance of that in Listowel just 3 days before with the ending being an exact 3-0 win. Game 3 ws in Mitchell the following Tuesday where the sweep was completed with a 3-1 victory.   Next the boys will be starting their next round with a strong Saugeen Shores team this Saturday at 3:30 in Monkton.   ...

The Mitchell Thompson AE team began a best 3 of 5 series in Listowel against the Cyclones on Wednesday, January 17th with the team coming on strong in the new Steve Kerr rink.

The Mitchell Atom AES have been working hard the last few weeks coming off a Silver Stick  tournament in Collingwood with one win and two losses. The win would come versus the Collingwood Squad and two losses from the St Mary's Rock and then an eager Dorchester team that would unfortunately put the AE's out of the Silver Stick running, but not without a fight. The Mitchell team has been skating since to gain more victories as they continue to wow the fans.

The Thompson Atom AE team met up against the Lucknow Sepoys again on Tuesday November the 7th to make efforts to take a win after coming just shy of a win on the Sepoys ice just three days prior.

The  Thompson Atom AE Squad took a trip North yesterday, Sunday November 5th to Lucknow to play a fast-paced Sepoys Rep team.  The visiting Mitchell team came out slow in the 1st  and would struggle to make plays around the home team as the Sepoys made slick passes and would manage to score twice on netminder Keegan Meinen.
