We meet again...
The Thompson Atom AE team met up against the Lucknow Sepoys again on Tuesday November the 7th to make efforts to take a win after coming just shy of a win on the Sepoys ice just three days prior.

With a 7 o clock start the boys we're prepared just after dinner to give it all they had against the Sepoys fast skaters.  The first period was a game of back-and-forth, end-to-end action with both teams skating hard for the puck and making passes with multiple attempts to score.  They Mitchell Atom AE  squad would find it hard to find the back of the net,  however the Sepoys managed to have one  slip by net minor Keegan Meinen to take an early but small lead in the game.  With an 1-0 trail for the Meteors to begin the second the Sepoys would come out again a blazing with energy.  With neither team being able to score past both netminders, they would continue to Stand tall with our own Keegan Meinen playing a stellar period.  Not for lack of action during the period at all, the only mark on the game sheet would be one penalty from the visitors.  The 3rd period, Our own Thompson AE's would come out with a new found strategy and energy combined.  To fire the period off with an immediate beginning, number 10, Max Hannon would fly down to the Blue Line and find the back of the net with an assist by a quick-pass from Payton Wood.  With an adrenaline rush the home team would rage with excitement as the puck dropped and number 7, Jacob Dietrich would go unassisted down the ice to place yet another puck just 19 seconds later in the net making a lead  of 2-1.  As the period moved on the Mitchell Thompson AE'S would continue to dominate the period and keep the puck in the Sepoys end. The Sepoys would keep passing and fighting but nevertheless would come up short when the Thompson Meteors again with 5 minutes left in the period would make a drill of a shot from the point and place a third goal yet again in the back of the net by number 11, Cohen Ahrens making a confident lead of 3-1 for the home team. The remaining five minutes of the game was a game of back and forth with both teams fighting hard but in the end, the Thomson atom AE group wood take a confident win off the ice.
