Gave It Their All
The weekend proved to be a heartbreaking weekend for the Dodge Caravan AE Novices as they suffered a pair of losses; falling 6-2 to the Arthur Vipers on Saturday, and 6-0 to the Wallace Sabers on Sunday.
In two extremely hard fought battles, the AE's played with heart and determination, to give everything they had in both games, but fell shy on getting the puck into the net. Goals were scored by Ethan Jarmuth from Wade Campbell and by Ryan Glauser from Ryan Klumper. Both opponents kept Keagen Meinen working hard, as he made several huge saves between the posts to keep the Meteors in both games.
Everyone on the team should be proud of their good sportsmanship and teamwork that they all displayed this weekend. The Meteors are already looking forward to lacing up their blades this coming Sunday, when they play the Drayton Defenders.
