Collingwood Takes PeeWee AE Series Lead
The Collingwood Blackhawks paid a visit to Mitchell on Saturday night to face the home town New Orleans Pizza PeeWee AE Meteors in Game 3 of their OMHA Quarter-Finals. The visitors would blank Mitchell 4-0 to take a four points to two lead in the six-point series.
The Blackhawks would score one goal in each of the first two periods and then would tally two goals in the final frame to put the game out of reach and take Game 3.
The Meteors will travel to Collingwood on Sunday afternoon to try and even the series at four points apiece.
