PeeWee AE Series Tied After Game Two
The New Orleans Pizza Pee Wee AE Meteors hosted the Collingwood Blackhawks Sunday evening in game two of their OMHA Quarter Final Series. The Blackhawks would be looking for revenge after a home loss on Saturday and would come full force at the Meteors right from the drop of the puck.

The Blackhawks would get an early lead seconds after the face off for what would be the lone goal of the first period. The Meteors would have many good scoring chances in the second period as they fired hard on the Collingwood goalie. The Meteors would tie the game after a rebound shot by Ethan Meinen would find the back of the net, with the assists going to Noah Mann and Jack Van Loon. The Blackhawks would keep the pressure on the Meteors and would manage to score the winning goal with thirty seconds left in the second.

The Meteors would battle hard in the third, but would not be able to break the Blackhawks defence. Meteors goalie Joel Meinen used his hot glove to keep the Meteors in the game. Game three will take place in Mitchell next Saturday at 6pm.
