PeeWee LL's Fall to Huskies
In their last game of the Mitchell PeeWee tournament the Legion Branch 128 PeeWee LL's lost to the New Hamburg Huskies 8-1. The home team managed to keep the score close in the first period thanks to a goal from Grayson Yost as he banged in a goal from close in on the visiting goalie to even the score at 1-1. Jeromy Vandewalle and Sam Huettlin would add assists on the goal.
Despite the score, Meteors goalie Ethan Dearing came up with many outstanding glove saves throughout the game. The team will now resume regular season action next weekend against the Howick Hornets in Monkton.
