Caravan Kid's Momentum Continues
Another great weekend for the Dodge Caravan Kids. On Saturday they traveled to Blyth where they defeated the Blyth-Brussels Crusaders with a score of 11-0. On Sunday they hosted the Seaforth Stars at the Monkton arena. After a slow start, the boys rallied together to finish the game at 12-0. Way to go Meteors!
There are several reasons why the Caravan Kids have been very successful this season including strong skating skills, excellent passing, and effective teamwork. However, there is another important reason which must not be overlooked....Great coaching. As the pictures from Saturday's game show, the Caravan Kids play close attention to the instructions from their well qualified coaching and training staff who are second to none. A big thank you goes out to Pete Kaufman, Randy VanBakel, Elliott Faust and Beau Bree for their commitment to the team this year. With just one more game in 2016 we look forward to the remainder of the season in the new year.
