PeeWee LL Win in Blyth
In league play the Lockhart Pee Wee local league Mitchell Meteors traveled to Blyth to play the Blyth Brussels Crusaders Wednesday night.
The game was a tight defensive contest with the Meteors coming out ahead 3-2. Carter Yost opened the scoring three minutes into the first with an unassisted goal. Will Steinbach extended the lead to 2 with just under minute left in the second period. Jason Mills completed the scoring with an empty net goal with just 4 seconds left in the game. Austin Weir earned the shut out and the defence pair of Damen Roobroeck and Dominic Voros played well.
