Novice Girls, Girls Hockey, 2015-2016 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

Three games and three straight shutouts were recorded by netminder Grace Kipfer as the Mitchell Tru Country Novices opened their league playoffs.

Coming off a 2-1-2 stretch the Tru Country & Garden Novice Girls were ready to make their appearance at the Pink on the Rink tournament held in South Huron this past weekend.

The Tru Country & Garden Novice girls played two tough fought battles this weekend ending in two ties.

The Tru-County & Garden Novice Girls attended their second tournament of the season in St Thomas.

The Tru Country & Garden Novice Girls are going for Gold this afternoon in St. Thomas.  After winning their 4 round robin games the girls will now go up against a well rested London Devilettes - Black Shadows team at 2:30 at the Timken arena. The girls have played fantastic all weekend, and we know they can pull out another outstanding win.  Let's go Girls!!!!  Go Meteors Go!!!!! Full tournament recap will follow later today :)
