Special teams key in opening win
The Terry's Auto Service Midgets scored two power play goals and were stellar in their penalty killing in leading to their 4-1 win over Mount Forest Monday in their opening round robin game of their Wingham Regional Silver Stick tournament.

Jake Shuker and Evan Chaffe scored power play goals - Chaffe the eventual winner to snap a 1-1 tie late in the first period. Devon Schinbein and Brett DeJong - both on dandy passes from Shuker and Kevin Rops, respectively - also scored.
The penalty killers did yeoman's duty for most of the game, and Tyler Meinen recorded the win in goal.
After a blustery ride home, the team was set to make it two wins in a row Tuesday (tonight) but bad weather has cancelled that game against Kincardine. It will be rescheduled for this Friday, Nov. 21 at 4:30 p.m.
Mitchell completes round robin play Saturday at 10:45 a.m. in Blyth against Tavistock, who opened the tournament with a 2-0 win over Kincardine in pool action.
