Novice LL team off to a Great Start
The Snyders Graphics Novice LL headed west for the first game of the season against Goderich last Sat (Oct 22). Mitchell got their eyes opened quickly as Goderich scored just two seconds into the first period. Mitchell responded shortly thereafter as Maggie P. found the back of the net for her first goal of the season assisted by Vieanna M. The team fought hard all game, but in the end lost in a 4-1 upset.
On Saturday Oct 29th the team played back in Mitchell against Blyth/Brussels. The game was a nail biter as both teams played hard. Thanks to Sam S, Jadan F, Darren F, Drew S and Vieanna M who held the blue line like pros and Coulter R's stellar debut between the pipes the team walked away with a 0-0 tie.
