U15 LL, U15 Boys, 2021-2022 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

Mitchell Scotiabank U15 LL played their first playoff game on home ice Sunday, February 13th.  Blindsided by a speedy breakaway, Wingham would put the first goal on the board 6.5 minutes into play.  Both teams proved they weren't letting down their guards easily in the first.  With 3 minutes left, Rogan saw Max, from behind the net, who dug that puck in.  A well deserved first goal for Mitchell.  1 minute later on a breakaway, Logan would put Mitchell ahead 2-1 heading into the second period.    

The Scotiabank U15 L headed on the road to Goderich Feb 8th to lace up the skates for their first game in over a month.  With all but Jackson for defence, the boys quickly took on new positions to keep the game alive.

November 26-28th the Mitchell Scotiabank U15 LL attended the Lambton Shores Regional Silver Stick tournament in Forest & Thedford.    

Mitchell Scotia Bank U15 LL hit the road Wednesday night for a rematch against Huron-Bruce in Ripley.  Slow to the start, the first period was dominated by Huron-Bruce giving the Mitchell boys a run for their money and resulting in a 2-0 lead for Huron-Bruce going into the second.

On Sunday Nov 21st, the Scotia Bank U15 LL boys were on home ice against Huron-Bruce Blizzard.  The scoreless first period was not an indication of boring play.  Far from it.  It was fast-paced with each team battling hard trying to find the first goal.  With the first period ending without a score, the fight and exciting action continued into the second to see who would get on the board first.
