The Paul Van Gerwan Sunlife Atom B girls travelled to Thamesford to play West Oxford in their final exhibition game before OWHA Provincial Championships .
We had previously play them in our Mitchell tournament and defeated them 6-0! Our team was down a few of our teammates...as they were off enjoying family vacations! We actually only had three defence players and we outshot them by a large margin...their goalie was amazing.
Our girls controlled the puck the majority of West Oxford's power play in the second period. Josephine Jarmuth scored with a nice pass from Josie Walker with 8 minuets left in the third. The girls continued to control the puck and take many more shots on their goalie but she maintained her composure and never let another one by. 1-0 victory for us!!
