Headed to OWHA Provincials
Atom Girls C team win best of 3 series to advance to Provincials.
Atom girls "C" team started the series against St Mary's on Feb 25th winning 4-3. Goals were scored by Margaret McCarthy, Claire McCorkindale, Alexis Insley and Josephine Jarmuth. Claire, Margaret and Alexis each also had 2 assists.
Game 2 was played in St.Mary's on March 5th with Mitchell winning 2-0. Goals were scored by Lauren McKay and Josephine Jarmuth. Shawni DeJong recorded the shutout in net. A solid effort by the defence also kept our opponent in check to allow the girls to win and head to the "C" Provincial Championships in Toronto in early April. Good luck girls!!
