Parkhill Tournament Game 1
The Dodge Caravan Novice LL travelled to North Middlesex & District Arena in Parkhill to open their second tournament of the season against Strathroy.  Mitchell came out and executed the game plan as drawn up resulting in a 5-0 victory.  Bryce Otten added his second shutout of the year and played well in net while Griffin Bree took home player of the game.

Mathew Meneheere opened the scoring as he eyed the goalie going down into a butterfly to protect the bottom of the net and then "roofed it, top shelf".  Meneheere's goal would stand as the only goal of the first period.  In the second period, Griffin Bree opened the scoring with a nifty flip shot from the corner face off dot that fell in front of the goalie and went in through the five hole.  Next, on a strong fore checking play in the second, Bryce Dixon and Zach Siemon-Hergott would cycle the puck to an open Rogan Catalan who would put a strong wrist shot into the back of the net.  This would keep Rogan Catalan's goal streak alive at three games. To close out the period, Zach Siemon-Hergott would go on a strong fore check stealing the puck and putting it past the goaltender for his second point of the period.  In the third period, Rogan Catalan put an explanation mark on his recent goal streak by adding the fifth goal of the game for the Meteors.
