Overtime Thriller
The Dodge Caravan Novice LL played their last home game of the playoff's at the Elma-Logan arena against Central Perth.  In a must win situation to remain in contention for the Central South Silver division, the Meteor's did not disappoint their fans.  Previously losing to Central Perth in overtime the Meteor's knew that they had to come out and compete hard as a team, which is exactly what they did.

Rogan Catalan who opened the scoring against BCH the previous night came out strong again and was rewarded with the first goal of the game on a nice pass from Tyler Scherbarth.  Central Perth would tie the game up shortly thereafter leaving both teams in a battle for possession of the puck.  After many shots in the first period, Aedan McCann would turn all but 1 away to leave the score at 1-1.  Central Perth came out strong in the second period and struck early taking the lead to 2-1.  Desperately running out of time in the third, Tyler Scherbarth would pick up the puck again, this time feeding Bryce Otten, who would go in to roof a picture perfect wrist shot and tie the game up with 4:09 left in regulation play.  Overtime was required for the second time in order for these two teams to determine a winner and it lived up to be a thriller.  In play action that went from end to end with many brilliant saves from Aedan McCann who was further pressured with a penalty kill, the Meteors did not give up.  With under 2 minutes left on the overtime clock, Zach Siemon-Hergott would find the red hot Bryce Otten who would go in and end the game with another amazing wrist shot.
Additional assists in this game came from Bryce Dixon and Jonah Gibbings.
