Game 17 vrs Mid-Huron Huskies
On Sunday January 22, 2023 the U15 Rep Scotia Bank Mitchell Meteors traveled to Clinton to meet up with the Mid-Huron Huskies. In the first match-up between these two teams, the Huskies would win 4 to 3. This game would be another close one filled with 15 total penalties and lots of end to end action.
Carter Miller would have a spectacular game and only allow one goal against through three periods of action. Mid-Huron would open the scoring at 13:03 of the first period and then Carter would shut the door on the Huskies after that. In the third period Zack Siemon-Hergott (Asst. Max Hannon) would tie the game up at 7:31 followed by Landon Van Bakel's (Asst. Matthew Menheere) game winning goal at 3:38 for Mitchell to go on to a 2 to 1 win.
