Atom LL's Win in Blyth
The MCR Collision Center Atom LL's remain undefeated on the season after a road win in Blyth on November 26th. After a flurry of goals to start the game the Meteors would ride the lead to a 5-0 victory over the Blyth-Brussels Crusaders.
Sam Huettlin would open the scoring just a minute and a half into the game. Then, Grayson Yost would knock in a rebound and Sammy would get an assist on the goal. Seconds later, Brandon Dietrich would put one top shelf to make it a three goal lead. And that was followed by a power play goal by defenseman Liam Brodhagen as he shot from the point and beat the goalie. Mitchell would take a 4-0 lead to the second where Huettlin would add one more on a nice pass from behind the net by Payton Wood. Then it was up to the strong defense corp and goalie Keagan Meinen to shut the door. They were more than up to the task and Meinen made some nice saves to earn the shutout.
