Back-to-back goose-eggs!
A three-goal first period, including two shorthanded efforts on the same disadvantage, was more than enough for the Bantams to blank BCH 4-0 Friday for their second straight shutout in league action.

Jack O'Rourke and Kevin Rops scored shorthanded, O'Rourke into an open net directly in front of his two-year-old younger brother, and Rops on a clear-cut breakaway from his own blueline, to put the visitors in control early.
Brett DeJong rapped in the puck late in the first on a wild scramble to increase the lead to 3-0.
After a quiet, defensive-minded second period, Quaid Austin scored on the power play for the Meteors in the third to seal the scoring.
Aaron McNeil turned aside 20 shots for the shutout, the team's second straight on the road after posting a 3-0 win in Ripley less than a week earlier.
Mitchell has the week off before returning to Clinton next weekend and the BCH tournament.
