Mitchell Meteors U11 Rep Boys take on the Huron Bruce Blizzard and hold on their undefeated record
A well matched evening game took place at Mitchell arena between the McDonald's Valumart U11 Rep boys and Huron Bruce Blizzards. But the blizzard were not ready for a quick wrister from Myles 'Magic Stick, Havens to open the game. Meteors were then caught a little flat footed and the Blizzard tied it up. Period one went back and forth with some well placed passing and shots but no more scoring for either side. Myles 'Magic Stick' Havens took back the lead with another well placed shot early in the second period, shortly after that Kaden 'Lights Out' Elligsen made a beauty pass to Owen 'Tasmanian Devil' Dietrich who then netted a beauty goal. Third period opened with a quick goal by the blizzard only to be silenced by the Hattrick goal by Myles 'Magic Stick' Havens.
