Thanks for everyone getting to LiveWell4Life tonight. Here is the workout that AJ and Tyler put together for us.  It is recommended to do this twice within the next week if possible on off-days from other activity.

Remember to do a quick dynamic stretch before you start to get the blood flowing and the joints moving...
Keep good form. No sense adding a bunch of weight if it makes you do the exercise wrong.

#1 Goblet Squat

Here's what it looks like again for anyone who needs a reminder.



#2 Standing Overhead Dumbell Press


Here's what this looks like.  We're doing one arm, then the other arm, then both.

#3 Reverse Lunge


Alternate sides.

#4 Plank


#5 Rocketship


#6 Side Plank

Remember to do both sides.
And a bit of a static stretch to finish it off.
