New to the Bantam Rep program this year is an early season strength and conditioning program.
We'll be meeting 8:00PM every Thursday night in October at
LiveWell4Life for a hockey-specific strength and conditioning program. Hockey is a power sport and the program that AJ has put together will begin to develop that power in our athletes. The staff will help tailor the program to each athlete.
To get the most out of this program, it is expected that each athlete will complete the program at least once a week on their own in between the Thursday night sessions.
