Win Captured on Home Ice!
The Walkom's Valu-Mart Tyke 2 team captured their first win on home ice thanks to a strong team effort! They overtook the Seaforth Stars 4-1 on Sunday.
An early unassisted goal by Lukas DeJong set the team up for a great start followed by a goal from Carson Lubbers. In the third period, Lubber's was able to score again as did Adam Hunt with only seven seconds remaining!
The Stars took many shots on net but goal tender Nolan Rolph played a great game and stopped most pucks.
Good luck at your next game on December 3!
