Tyke 1, 2015-2016 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

On Sunday evening, the Walkom Valu Mart tyke 1 team travelled to Lucan to take on the hometown Irish and may have soured any early St. Patricks day festivities.  The visiting Meteors won 7-3. 

The Walkolm’s Value Mart Tyke 1 team travelled to Milverton Monday evening to take on the Central Perth team.  It was an action packed matchup, with Mitchell coming out on top in a 3-2 victory.

The Walkolm's Value Mart Tyke 1 team split a pair in weekend action, with a home and away game played against BCH. 

The Walkolm's Value Mart Tyke 1 team started off the season with a pair of exhibition matches against Zurich.  Traveling to Zurich on Oct. 24th for the first match, the team would fall short in a 5-1 loss.   Ava Harmer was the lone scorer for the Tyke 1 team.   On November 8th, for a return match up the Zurich team would end in a 9-2 loss.  Zurich kept Carter Miller busy in net, with Miller making many big saves for the Mitchell team.  Owen Beuermann and Carson Brown would score for Mitchell, with assists going to Macie Russwurm and Camryn Medhurst.      Keep up the hard work Tyke 1.
