Tyke 1 Split A Pair In Weekend Action
The Walkolm's Value Mart Tyke 1 team split a pair in weekend action, with a home and away game played against BCH.
On Saturday, Mitchell would win on home ice with a 3-2 win over BCH. Carson Brown would earn a hat trick with two goals unassisted. Alayna McKay and Owen Beuermann would chip in on the third goal contributing with an assist. Camryn Medhurst played a great game in net making many big saves. Adam Hunt earned the team tool belt for his play on Saturday.
On Sunday, BCH was out for redemption and would win this game. Beuermann would net two goals unassisted for Mitchell. Despite Browns many saves in net Mitchell was unable to hold on in the third period. Brown earned the tool belt this game for his hard work in net.
