Tyke 2, 2014-2015 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

Great team play and puck control proved again to be to much.  This time making his first appearance in net Grady R had a couple shots on net but wasn't very busy.  Thanks to the strong defensive play from his team and puck control by the forwards. This team is surely showing their growth this season as each player is maturing into individuals and teammates on and of the ice. Great work!!!!

Lets have a round of applause for Matthew M and the Walkom Value Mart tyke 2 team.  Puck Control and great goaltending allowed Mitchell to come out on top with a shutout. Matthew M made a few great saves and kept the puck out.

Great job Walkoms value mart Tyke 2 team.  Another tightly played defensive game from both teams with outstanding goal tending. Riley K stood her ground today allowing only one goal.

Lets hear it for the tyke 2 Walkoms Value Mart team.  Just when you think its all over they come back in the last ten minutes of the game to come up with a huge win. Grady S had a solid game in net.  The Ice Dogs had a few fast breaks that were to much for the meteors to handle.  It was a tight game until BCH broke out and made it 4-1 in a matter of minutes.

The Tyke 2 Walkoms Value Mart team met a very strong opponent in there opener for the tournament.  Although showed some solid play at times Blyth-Brussels was dominant. The Meteors were playing a much bigger, faster and older team.
