Team Has Successful 3-0 Weekend, News, Atom Rep, U11 Boys, 2013-2014 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

The Your Neighbourhood Credit Union Mitchell Reps played three games in as many nights over the weekend adding 3 wins to the win column.

On Friday evening, the Saugeen Shores Storm blew into town. Evan Morrison put Mitchell up early in the first assisted by Connor MacLean and Kase Schoonderwoerd. After a 1-1 tie at the end of the period, Connor Lockhart on a pass from Seth Huygen put Mitchell up by one. Morrison added two more goals in the third, both assisted by Carter Preszcator and MacLean to win the game 4-2.

Saturday saw the South Huron Sabres come to town for a friendly exhibition game.

On Sunday, the boys traveled to Mount Forest to take on the Rams. After missing Saturday's game, Connor Lockhart rejoined the team to score three goals combined with three goals from Evan Morrison to lead Mitchell to a 6-1 win.
