Novice LL WOAA Champs!
The Mitchell Dodge Caravan Kids Novice LL1 team definitely wanted to win today and everyone on the team played 100%. It was a full team effort that earned them the game win and WOAA championship.
Both teams came out strong. The Mitchell Dodge Caravan Kids Novice LL1 team opened up the scoring with a goal from Demi Beaudin, which really got their momentum going. Both second period goals were scored by Tyler Burtenshaw. The score was 3-0 going into the third. Emmett Rolph scored the fourth goal on an empty net. The final score was 4-0. Great defensive efforts kept some shotsfrom coming through to goaltender Carter Harris, but he kept the rest out of the net to end the season with a shutout. This team learned a lot from their coaching staff and really came together to finish the season in a big way!
