Schedule & Results, Tyke 2, 2013-2014 (Mitchell Minor Hockey)

The Mitchell Walkom Valumart Tyke 2 team continued their hot start to the season last Saturday when they travelled down the highway to host a Elma Logan team in their barn who was looking to hand Mitchell their first loss of the season but the local boys had other ideas.  Elma Logan came out flying scoring the first goal of the game just three and a half minutes into the opening frame, but that was just like poking a sleeping bear.  Carson Harmer took over and did his best Steven Stamkos impersonation he could and scored his first of six on the afternoon to silence the visiting crowd.  Ben Medhurst also lit the lamp once assisted by Eric Price and Jack Miller which made the final score Mitchell 7 Elma Logan 3 with Ryan Hubbard getting the victory between the pipes for the host team.
