Good Win
After a few days rest the Scotiabank Bantam AE boys travelled to Drayton looking to redeem themselves on the ice.
The boys came out positive and ready to play which was evident throughout the game. The first period saw 2 goals by Tyler Smith, the first unassisted and the second assisted by Stephen Bird. The boys continued to control the game and in the second period added 2 more goals, scored by James Cooper assist Smith, and first goal of the season for Zeke Koert assist Kurtis Eisler. The game was sealed early in the third when Ben Hart had a nice wrap around goal assist Smith. Nice to see the boys play hard from start to finish and benefit with a strong win. Great team effort, forwards played strong charging the net, defense and solid goaltending by Aaron McNeil got the shutout. Good work boys.
