A bond fee of $500 is required from each family in MMH.
New this year - It is required that each family complete a minimum of 3 bond hours helping at our Peewee (Nov 8 -10) or Girls (Feb 28 - March 2) tournament.
5 Bond credit hours are required for each family. 1 credit = 1 hour.
Fundraising – 5 Items = 1 bond credit ie. sell 5 boxes of pork chops receive one bond credit (up to a maximum of 2 bond credits)
A cheque postdated for May 1, 2025 will be collected by Parent Reps.
The cheque will be collected by the parent Rep of your oldest player.
Please Include the names of all MMH registered children in the memo.
The cheque will not be cashed for families that earn 5 bond credits and submit a completed Bond Refund Form.
Completed bond forms must be submitted in the wooden box in the lobby before the end of the hockey season.
