As you know On Sept. 1, 2021, the Government of Ontario
announced its decision to require proof of full vaccination (two doses plus
14-day waiting period) for access to select indoor facilities, beginning on
Sept. 22, 2021.
At this
point, we strongly encourage all players, coaches, and volunteers who are
eligible to get vaccinated if you have not already done so.
GIRLS
We received notification that OWHA’s Board of Directors met Thursday, September 2nd, and will be requiring (subject to any additional developments in this area) that, as a condition of participation in the OWHA, players and other participants who were born before 2010 be fully vaccinated as soon as possible and by no later October 17, 2021.

BOYS
OMHA will be mandating that all eligible participants involved in minor hockey, are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 for the upcoming season. All eligible participants are required to be fully vaccinated by October 31, 2021.

The time frame for being fully vaccinated (2 doses plus a 14-day waiting period is tight).
If you wish to withdraw you or your child from hockey this year we would ask that you notify us as soon as possible, but no later than Sept. 10. via email at [email protected] or [email protected]
