A big thank you to all those stepping down this year, particularly Warren Scherbarth whom has acted as our boys town contact for the past number of years.
Due to administrative changes passed down by the OMHA & WOAA this role has grown exponentially over the past few years. Given this, and the advent of on line registration it is our intention to split up some of the tasks previously completed by the Boys Town Contact between these two or three new members.

Player transfers
Roster bench staff and players on teams (get approved rosters)
Attend WOAA AGM & Hockey Meeting
Upload all Suspensions in TheOneDB
WOAA play-offs, meeting scheduling & referees’
Registrar
Registration of players in HCR
Request Birth Certificates for all new players and upload to HCR file
Respect in Sport
Director at Large
Permission to skates & AP’s, permits for exhibition games and tournaments
Locate WOAA & OMHA trophies and get plaques made - Return Trophies to WOAA / OMHA
