Executive Board Members Needed
Submitted By admin on Monday, June 7, 2021
We have postponed our AGM (Annual General Meeting). Please watch the website for updates, our hope is to hold it at the earliest opportunity we have to meet in person with up to 25 people.

Registration will take place online post the AGM, again please watch the website for updates.

We have 3 positions on the board to be filled this year.
· Boys Town Contact
· Registrar
· Director at Large

A big thank you to all those stepping down this year, particularly Warren Scherbarth whom has acted as our boys town contact for the past number of years.

Due to administrative changes passed down by the OMHA & WOAA this role has grown exponentially over the past few years. Given this, and the advent of on line registration it is our intention to split up some of the tasks previously completed by the Boys Town Contact between these two or three new members.

Below is a brief summary of some of the tasks and the way they may possibly be broken out. If you are interested in becoming a board member please do not hesitate to reach out to any current board member for more details.
