Power Skating & Goaltender Sessions

Mitchell Minor Hockey is excited to announce that we will be offering power skating sessions with instructor Reuben Smith and goaltender instructional sessions with Vinny Merante starting in September.

Reuben played several years with the St.Marys Lincolns and has instructed several sessions for the Huron-Perth Lakers, Stratford Warriors and Tavistock Minor Hockey. Vinny played for a season with the Thorold Blackhawks of the GOJHL. After a season with Thorold, Vinny spent the next four seasons with the Wilfrid Laurier Golden Hawks in Waterloo.

Sessions will be every other Monday or Tuesday morning at 6:30am for 50 minutes, beginning mid September through to mid January. The cost for power skating sessions is $185 for 10 sessions. Goaltending sessions are $155 for 9 sessions. For those who are interested, please contact Jason Murray at [email protected] to reserve a spot as space is limited.

When registering by email please be sure to have which session you are registering for and the age of the player. You will receive a confirmation email of acceptance or be placed on a waiting list.

Players outside of MMH wishing to register need to provide a letter from their organization saying they are registered and have insurance.
