Rowan's Law-Action Required - Updated

Rowan's Law (concussion awareness) has been implemented to provide information and training about the signs and symptoms of concussions.

Completion of the training is Mandatory for all coaches, bench staff and parents of both boys and girls registered to play hockey in Ontario.

Coaches and bench staff-deadline for completion is August 31st, 2019. Players must submit before they will be allowed to participate in any tryout or regular season games.

Parents: You have two options.

1) Review the information via the link below and submit your acknowledgment online.

2) Compete the education module based on the age of your child(ren) and print and sign the acknowledgment letter for each child that you have registered with Mitchell Minor Hockey. Return printed forms to tryouts.

Reminder, this training is mandatory. Your child will not be able to participate in a tryout game if the acknowledgment form has not been completed and returned to Mitchell Minor Hockey.
