Information from the Bond Committee:
Now that the hockey season is over we have the task of making sure everyone has completed and handed in their bond forms. It is important that you print off a form and have it signed and either drop at the arena in the MMH box(close to the office) or scan and email it to one of the bond committee members listed below. This includes ALL members of the executive, coaches, parent reps, webmasters, trainers, managers etc. Please make sure someone has signed your form.
We don't sign them for you as we don't know when or if you completed your hours. The reason for this is for tracking purposes for our committee we have over 200 families that play in the MMH system and we can't begin to remember if everyone completed their bond hours or sent in their form. I do send out an email the week of May 13th to all families letting them know we will be cashing their cheque do to not receiving their bond form.
If for some reason you haven't completed your 5 hours of volunteering please email me and I can put you on list to help at the hockey banquet on May 10th. The other option is you can buy your credits at 100.00 per credit. So if you worked 4 credits and can't get the 5th credit you can pay a balance of $100.00.
The bond forms need to be received by May 10th and cheques will be cashed on Friday, May 17th if no form is received.
