Registration for Mitchell Minor Hockey
If you have not registered your hockey player for next season yet, there is still time to register.
Forms are available for boys and girls hockey as well as the pre-season hockey camp (5 on ice sessions prior to try-outs. The camp has a limited number of spots available)
Forms can be found on the MMH website under the registration tab in the general information drop-down. Forms can be mailed to Mitchell Minor Sports at the address on the top of the forms.
