Hockey Registration for 2017-2018 Season
Mitchell Minor Hockey will be holding registration for the 2017-2018 season on:
-Saturday, February 25th from 9am to noon and
-Saturday, March 4th from 9 am to noon at the Mitchell Community Centre
If this is the first time your child has registered for Mitchell Minor Hockey a copy of their birth certificate will be required.
**Again this year there is will be a separate registration form for boys and girls registration.
Updated registration forms will be available on the website in the next few weeks.
