Mitchell Minor Hockey would like to thank everyone that took the time to either vote or to make comments on our recent survey in regards to the proposed name change from Mitchell Meteors to the Mitchell Jr Hawks for the 2013-2014 minor hockey season.
The survey results were reviewed and discussed at a Mitchell Minor Hockey Executive meeting on June 4, 2012 and a decision was made to continue with the Mitchell Meteor name. The general membership will be notified in advance of any future discussions or decisions on this matter.
