Local Meteor Girls Represent Mitchell at WOGHL All-Star Game
Mitchell Meteor U18 Girls players (L-R) Margaret McCarthy, Claire McCorkindale, and Jordyn Crawford participated in the WOGHL U18 'C' All-Star Game held April 7th in Parkhill. The Mitchell players were part of Team North in the game, who dropped a 2-1 decision to Team South. Team North was coached by the defending OWHA U18 'C' Champion Mitchell Meteors coaching staff consisting of head coach Jordyn Elgie, assistant coaches Kevin Gettler and Samantha Harefeld, and trainer Pam Schoonderwoerd.
