Black Creek Fundraiser is back!
Please help support Mitchell Minor Hockey with our Winter Holiday Arrangement Fundraiser! Some important things to remember with this fundraiser:
Arrangement pick up will be at Black Creek Flower Farm Thursday, November 30 between 4:00-7:00pm.
Opportunity to earn your bond hours by selling arrangements. For every 5 items you sell, you can earn one bond credit with a maximum of 2 bond credits.
Orders for the outdoor urn insert will be given as a voucher to use at Black Creek Flower Farm anytime during the month of November to choose an urn of your choice. Please read the order form carefully.
Order deadline is Friday, October 13th. Please return order forms to the arena lobby anytime between 6:00-8:00pm
Order forms can be printed from the link provided, or paper copies will be available soon on the bulletin board in the lobby at the arena.
