Voros Has 5-Point Game, Peewee Reps Bounce Back To Tie Series
Backed by the 5-point effort of Vincent Voros (3G, 2A), the Hoegy's Farm Supply Meteor Peewee Reps came out hard with a huge bounceback effort in Game 4, blanking the Listowel Cyclones 8-0 on the road. The first round OMHA series is now tied at two games apiece, and heads back to Mitchell for game 5 on Friday night at 8pm.
The Meteors built a quick 3-0 lead in the first period on two goals by Voros and a single marker by Josh French and never looked back. French (2G, 1A) and Brayden Glauser (1G, 2A) would each finish with three points and Brandon Dietrich (1G, 1A), Caleb Templeman (2A) and Kellen Russwurm (2A) each recorded a pair. Rounding out the scoring was Jared Vosper with the final goal late in the third period.
