Late December Brings Positive Results for the Girls! The girls had a fantastic pre-holiday run.
In a rough and tumble affair (10 penalties between the two teams) against our arch rivals in South Huron, the girls got a hard fought 1-1 tie with a goal from Chloe Bannon.
The second game saw a difficult contest against Bluewater. The girls had it close through two periods, but then had trouble generating pressure in the third. Goal scorers were Ducky and Sammy - scoring her first goal of the year - woohoo!
The third game was the masterpiece - the team’s first regular season victory, 5 - 1, against Milverton. Ryley Jacobs had an awesome hat trick, with singles added from Ducky and Sammy - That Sammy has become a scoring machine!
