The Dodge Caravan Novice LL played their forth game of the tournament in the semi finals versus the hosting Parkhill team. There previous game ended in a 1-1 tie and this game would also have to go the distance. With Aedan McCann in net he would go on to back stop the Meteors to victory and earn his first shutout. Matthew Menheere would be selected as player of the game for his strong offensive play.
Mitchell and Parkhill battled hard for three(3) straight periods which kept everyone on edge with amazing saves from Aedan McCann. With nothing getting resolved in 3 periods of play, the game went into a standard overtime. Once again the teams battled and neither team could put the game away. In one player per minute elimination play, both teams would start with five players a side and battle hard while eventually eliminating 4 players per side. In the final minute of action Griffin Bree; one on one; won the face off and took the puck down to the Parkhill goaltender who he would beat on a back hand shot.
