Ella Sills’ hard shot from the blueline opened

Central Perth pressed hard scoring two goals of their own in the first period to take the lead in the game. Another goal was scored by the Predators in the second period to further increase their lead by two over the Meteors. In the third period, Mitchell continued to battle hard and were rewarded with their second goal of the game from Lucy Mahon assisted by Elena Hoegger. Central Perth grabbed one more goal in the third to eventually take the victory over the Meteors 4-2. Ally VanBakel made some great saves in net, including a beauty glove save in the first period. The Defensive squad of Hoegger, Kinslee Horan, Ella Sills, Casey Crowley and Charlee Weesjes did a great job keeping the first place Predators at four goals.
