December 9th & 10th
On Friday night the McKee Concrete U9 Gold
team travelled to Milverton to face the Central Perth Predators. By the second
period they found their way with a goal by Walt and an impressive hat trick by
Vallance!
On Saturday they hosted the Shallow Lake
Lakers and applied pressure right off the start. The Meteors controlled the
game in the first period with goals by Hachler and Ryan. By the second period,
the team found their rhythm with goals by Vallance, Pennings, Walt, Elligsen,
Roosendaal, Verberne with Kelly and Furtney each netting two. They worked hard
together throughout the whole game while controlling the puck, making smart
passes and defensive plays. Good job Meteors!
