Mitchell vs Saugeen Shores
On Sunday November 13th, the McKee Concrete U9 Gold Mitchell Meteors travelled to Port Elgin to face the Saugeen Shores Storm. Early in the first period Port Elgin jumped ahead with Mitchell answering with goals from Vallance, Verberne & Walt to tie the game by the end of the first. In the second, both teams exchanged goals back and forth with Kelly and Pennings adding two on the board for the Meteors. It was an exciting game and they all played their positions very well and demonstrated a great team effort.
